RSI nears oversold territory, suggesting selling pressure may be weakening.
Analyst believes Dogecoin's next major bull run is approaching.
DOGE is facing a critical test near the $0.075 level after weeks of steady pressure. Many traders expected stronger recovery signals during October. Instead, DOGE slipped below important support levels and lost momentum. Despite that weakness, several technical indicators now suggest selling may be fading. A well-known market analyst also believes a major turning point could be approaching. With only two months left in 2026, traders are watching every move closely.
DOGE Battles Resistance as Technical Signals Improve
DOGE trades around $0.075 after another difficult month. The meme coin opened near $0.0758 and briefly reached $0.0764. Sellers later pushed the price down to roughly $0.0749. Current price remains far below September's peak near $0.10. DOGE also sits about 36% beneath the major resistance zone at $0.1174. The chart highlights $0.0792 as the most important short-term level. DOGE recently lost that support area.
Traders now view that zone as resistance until buyers reclaim control. A break above $0.0792 could shift sentiment quickly. Such a move may place the $0.085 to $0.09 range back in focus. Buyers would then need to challenge the psychological $0.10 barrier. On the downside, $0.0680 stands as the next major support. That level aligns with the August base. Further weakness could attract sellers toward that region.
Technical indicators offer mixed but encouraging signals. The daily Relative Strength Index sits at 33.81. That reading approaches the traditional oversold threshold of 30. Meanwhile, the MACD remains below zero. However, a nearly flat histogram suggests bearish momentum may be weakening. Many traders view such conditions as an early sign of stabilization.
ETF Demand Remains Weak Despite Ecosystem Growth
Institutional demand continues to show limited strength. U.S. spot Dogecoin ETFs reported zero net inflows or outflows on October 30. Cumulative net inflows stand at $16.43 million. Net assets remain near $12.36 million. Trading activity also appears modest. Daily ETF volume reached roughly $556,000. Earlier fund data showed many sessions without fresh capital entering the market.
Weak demand eventually led to the closure of Bitwise's BWOW Dogecoin ETF during October. Network activity tells a similar story. Transaction counts fell about 45% compared with last year. Daily active addresses recorded a similar decline. Even so, large holders remain active. Around 9.64 billion DOGE moved during the week beginning October 25.
Most transfer volume came from transactions exceeding one million DOGE. Development efforts continue as well. Dogecoin Labs launched on October 21 with backing from the Dogecoin Foundation. The project focuses on payments, consumer applications, DeFi services, and gaming initiatives.
