Investor demand for @NEARProtocol exposure through exchange-traded products is holding up. @Bitwise's spot NEAR Protocol ETF has now logged four straight weeks of net inflows, with the latest session adding $5.22 million by the figures flagged to us internally, and the fund now holds more than 1% of the circulating $NEAR supply.

Other trackers put Monday's inflow slightly higher. SoSoValue data shows Bitwise's spot NEAR-focused ETF (NRR) recorded $5.42 million in inflows on Monday, according to FXStreet. Small differences between data providers are common for newly listed funds, and the direction of flows is the same in both counts.

How the Bitwise NEAR ETF has traded since launch

NRR started trading on NYSE Arca on September 29, 2026, and its first session drew $35.5 million in net inflows. Flows have cooled since that opening burst, but have stayed positive. FXStreet reported that Monday's inflow followed more than $11 million in the prior week.

The product is designed to earn yield as well as track price. Bitwise plans to stake nearly all of its NEAR holdings in-house, targeting an average staking reward of around 5% after expenses. That rate is a target, not a guarantee, and the fund charges an annual management fee of 0.75%.

NEAR Intents may be driving demand

The surge in fund interest coincides with growth in @near_intents, the network's cross-chain transaction system. According to NEAR Protocol's Q3 2026 report, NEAR Intents recorded over $32 billion in cumulative volume, up 45% from the previous quarter, with over $8 million in fees directed toward token buybacks.

The system works differently from traditional bridges. Users declare the outcome they want, and a network of competing solvers works out the most efficient path to fill the order.Daily volume exceeded $300 million on September 18, a record for the platform.

Analysts link the two trends, though the connection is not proven. FXStreet said the ETF buying is likely driven by NEAR Protocol's network growth, expansion into tokenized assets, and privacy features.

On price, the picture is more mixed. NEAR slipped below $5 on Tuesday, extending a near-term pullback, so steady ETF demand has not prevented short-term weakness. Investors should note that flows can reverse quickly, particularly for products only weeks old.
