- RedotPay announces that its platform has surpassed 9 million users, without disclosing how many use its crypto-linked cards.
- The company reports $12 billion in annualized payment volume on its website and offers stablecoin payments, transfers and other digital-asset services.
- RedotPay is reportedly considering a confidential US IPO filing and a pre-IPO funding round at a $4 billion to $5 billion valuation.
RedotPay, the stablecoin payments platform offering crypto-linked cards, has crossed 9 million users as it reportedly considers a US initial public offering (IPO).
The Hong Kong-based company now lists more than 9 million users, operations across over 100 countries and $12 billion in annualized payment volume on its official website. Its card products allow customers to spend supported digital assets through traditional payment networks, while its broader platform connects stablecoins with transfers and other financial services.
The milestone comes as RedotPay reportedly considers a confidential US IPO filing by the end of 2026. Bloomberg reported on October 26 that the company was discussing a potential pre-IPO funding round that could value it between $4 billion and $5 billion. The discussions remain unconfirmed by the company, and the timing of any listing could change.
RedotPay Reports $180 Million in Annualized Revenue
RedotPay’s user growth comes alongside an increase in its reported financial metrics.
In an August 20 announcement, the company said it had more than 8 million users worldwide, up from 6 million in November 2025. It also reported approximately $180 million in annualized revenue and around $14 billion in annualized payment volume. RedotPay described its business as profitable.
The latest figures displayed on its website are different, with annualized payment volume listed at $12 billion. The company has not explained the discrepancy on the pages reviewed, and the figures should not be treated as directly comparable without clarification.
RedotPay’s business also extends beyond card payments. Its official website describes its focus as stablecoin-based payments, with products designed to help users spend, send, receive and manage digital assets.
Its services include crypto-linked payment cards, global transfers, multi-currency accounts and a peer-to-peer marketplace. The company also says users can buy crypto and borrow against eligible digital assets through its app.
Recently, it also introduced RedotPay Pro, adding a paid membership tier that offers cashback and other benefits to users of its crypto-linked payment cards.
According to the company’s official announcement, Pro members receive 3% cashback on eligible purchases made through Apple Pay and Google Pay using their RedotPay cards. The membership costs $12.90 per month or $129 annually.
The annual plan also includes a waiver of the physical card issuance fee, ATM fee waivers for up to $1,000 in monthly withdrawals. There’s an additional 1% annual percentage yield (APY) on assets held in RedotPay Earn, where the service is available. Monthly members receive a waiver of the virtual card issuance fee.
IPO Plans Remain Uncertain
RedotPay’s reported IPO plans come after earlier reports of delays linked to regulatory approvals and legal disputes.
Bloomberg reported in August 2026 that the company had delayed its US listing plans while seeking regulatory approvals and addressing legal issues. RedotPay subsequently disputed the characterization that its IPO had been deferred, saying it was continuing to work with its partners on the process.
The company is also facing a lawsuit filed by Binance-affiliated entities against its founders, seeking nearly $473 million in damages. The plaintiffs allege that confidential information was used to establish a competing payments business and divert customers. RedotPay has denied the allegations and said it would vigorously defend the claims.
The reported consideration of a confidential filing by year-end indicates that a US listing remains under discussion, but it does not establish that RedotPay has filed or will complete an IPO on that timetable.
For now, the company’s latest user milestone, alongside its reported revenue and payment-volume growth, provides a snapshot of a stablecoin payments business seeking to expand its reach beyond crypto-native customers.
