Summary
- Securitize’s integration with ADI Chain expands infrastructure for eligible tokenized investments, subject to regulatory, product, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Co-founder Domingo positions the UAE as a hub connecting Global South investors with regulated financial products from international capital markets.
- ADI Foundation aims to support institutional asset issuance, distribution and settlement by connecting Securitize’s infrastructure with its broader blockchain ecosystem.
Securitize has integrated ADI Chain to expand blockchain infrastructure for regulated investments, supporting plans to reach investors across global markets. According to an official statement shared with 36crypto, the integration will bring its blockchain into Securitize’s growing multichain ecosystem. Eligible tokenized financial products issued through Securitize will gain a pathway to use ADI Chain, subject to applicable requirements.
Securitize supplies infrastructure for issuing, managing, distributing, and trading tokenized securities, while working with some of the largest asset managers. Connecting these services with ADI Chain will expand the network’s capabilities for financial institutions and asset managers pursuing tokenization.
However, the integration does not remove the regulatory conditions governing individual financial products or their distribution across different markets. Eligible products must satisfy applicable regulations, product requirements, and jurisdictional rules before using ADI Chain through the connection.
These conditions frame the partnership’s international ambitions, which combine broader distribution infrastructure with requirements governing access to regulated investments.
ADI Chain’s infrastructure also targets digital assets, payments, and settlement, placing the integration within a broader financial services ecosystem. Within that ecosystem, Securitize will contribute securities infrastructure that supports ADI Foundation’s plans to connect traditional capital markets with blockchain networks.

UAE Distribution Strategy Addresses Gaps in Global Investment Access
Beyond expanding blockchain options, Securitize sees the integration as a step toward connecting more investors with regulated global financial products. Co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo linked that objective to growing investor communities across the Global South.
Domingo described the region as home to 85% of the world’s population, while highlighting India’s expanding base of investment accounts. “India alone now has more than 230 million investment accounts,” he stated. “But access to high-quality global financial products remains uneven,” Domingo added, explaining the distribution gap the company aims to address.
To support that ambition, he identified the UAE as a hub connecting investors across these markets with regulated international products. He described integration with UAE-based ADI Chain as an initial step toward building the infrastructure needed for those connections.
ADI Foundation Links Tokenization With Institutional Issuance and Settlement
While Domingo emphasized investor access, ADI Foundation CEO Andrey Lazorenko outlined the infrastructure ambitions behind the partnership. “Tokenization is fundamentally changing how the world thinks about ownership, capital and financial markets,” Lazorenko stated.
He described Securitize as an institutional bridge between traditional finance and the onchain economy, connecting its capabilities with ADI’s objectives. Those objectives include creating a network where participants can issue, distribute, and settle real-world value across global markets.
Additionally, the integration supports ADI’s tokenized asset ecosystem alongside its work on regulated digital currencies, payments, and settlement infrastructure. The partnership connects those institutional infrastructure plans with Securitize’s distribution ambitions, while regulatory and product requirements will govern eligible asset participation.
