Crypto analyst Diana (@InvestWithD) is watching XRP closely. The asset has now remained above $1 for 627 consecutive days, a record the analyst says has never been seen before. Diana believes this prolonged consolidation is setting up for a significant move higher.
A Record Very Few Are Talking About
A historic 500% surge in late 2024 sent XRP above $1 for the first time since 2021. The asset pushed further, climbing above $3 for the first time since 2018. That move culminated in an all-time high of $3.65 in July 2025.
Since then, the price has pulled back sharply, consolidating well below that peak. Despite the correction, XRP has held $1 with no daily close beneath it. Diana pointed out that this is the longest accumulation above $1 in XRP’s history. The longer an asset holds a key level without breaking it, the stronger that level tends to become as support.
What the Chart Shows
The chart attached to Diana’s post tells a clear story. XRP peaked at $3.65 and has since trended lower in a series of lower highs. The moving averages on the chart turned downward after the peak and currently sit well above price. The red moving average is flatter and closer to the current price, suggesting the longer-term trend is beginning to stabilize.
XRP is now sitting directly on a cluster of blue horizontal support lines near $1.0488. These lines have held multiple times. The key support levels visible on the chart are at $1.0811 and $0.9067, with the current price trading at $1.0488. Resistance levels above include $1.1453, $1.2001, $1.2577, $1.3016, $1.3724, and $1.5707.
The Case for a Breakout
Diana’s thesis rests on the duration of this accumulation. 627 days above $1 represents sustained buyer conviction at this price level. Each attempt to push XRP below $1 has failed. That repeated defense of the level builds a structural base. The chart supports this view.
However, other analysts have suggested that XRP has to dip below $1 before the next breakout begins. XRP trades at $1.0488, down 1.27% on the day. Immediate support is at $0.9067, suggesting that a dip might occur. However, if XRP can build momentum and reclaim $1.20, that would be the first confirmation that the base is breaking upward.
