@ponsdotfamily, the leading token launchpad on @RobinhoodCrypto's blockchain network, has crossed $16 billion in cumulative trading volume, marking a significant milestone for both the platform and the broader Robinhood Chain ecosystem.
Alongside the volume figure, the platform has now generated approximately $190 million in total fees from its users, underlining the scale of activity flowing through its permissionless token creation and trading infrastructure.
From Zero to $16 Billion in Under Four Months
Robinhood Chain went live on July 1, 2026, and within weeks one name kept showing up at the top of every activity chart: Pons. Pons is a non-custodial platform for launching and trading tokens on Robinhood Chain, where anyone can create a token, establish its trading pool, and make it available to other users directly onchain.
Pons launched in July and expanded rapidly as Robinhood Chain activity accelerated, with DeFiLlama describing it as the network's breakout application after tracked daily fees climbed from roughly $150,000 in mid-July to nearly $4.9 million by the end of August. Pons has processed billions of dollars in cumulative volume, while its share of Robinhood Chain launchpad activity has climbed above 60% on some days.
Pons is not an official Robinhood product. It is a separate, non-custodial protocol built by Pons Labs, LLC that chose to deploy on Robinhood Chain. That distinction matters for users evaluating the platform's risk profile.
Pons is the native launchpad of Robinhood Chain, and $PONS is its token. The platform lets anyone launch a token on the chain, with trading fees flowing back into the protocol. The token launched with a 1 billion maximum supply, but that number shrinks constantly thanks to aggressive burn mechanics. The team confirmed in August that 27% of the total $PONS supply had been burned.
Pons confirmed on August 29 that 29% of the total supply has been burned, with the Treasury still routing 80% of protocol fee revenue into PONS accumulation. The PONS treasury also plans to keep buying back and accumulating $PONS using revenue generated by the platform.
As the $16 billion milestone lands, attention is turning to which other Robinhood Chain memecoins and projects may be flying under the radar. The chain's memecoin scene has been led by CASHCAT, the community-made cat token that became the network's unofficial mascot and its most recognizable asset. But with @ponsdotfamily processing thousands of new token launches daily, the search for the next breakout name on Robinhood Chain is very much alive.
