Four.Meme has launched 4Stock, a new pre-bStock tokenized stock product on BNB Chain, opening up a fresh route for meme token creators and traders to gain exposure to real-world equities onchain.
4Stock brings popular stocks not yet covered by bStocks to BNB Chain, with every 4Stock backed 1:1 by its underlying stock asset. The product is designed as a precursor to bStock, Four.Meme's main tokenized stock format. Once the corresponding bStock goes live, 4Stock can be converted 1:1 into bStock through Four.Meme.
Previously, the stock assets available as Stock Meme base pairs depended on which tokenized stocks were already available onchain. This created a gap: even when a stock became a major market trend, if no corresponding onchain asset existed yet, Stock Memes built around it could not immediately capture that narrative. 4Stock is designed to close that gap, focusing on popular U.S. stocks not yet supported by bStock, with more to be added over time based on market demand.
4Stock is more than a tokenized stock that sits in a wallet. One of its most important use cases is serving as a base-pair asset for BNB Smart Chain Stock Memes. This means meme creators can launch tokens themed around a trending stock even before a formal bStock version exists, pairing directly against 4Stock rather than waiting for the broader tokenization infrastructure to catch up. Four.Meme also welcomes wallets, DEXs, trading protocols, and DeFi protocols across the BNB Chain ecosystem to integrate 4Stock and explore new applications around stock assets.
The launch arrives as BNB Chain cements its position as the dominant chain for onchain equities. BNB Chain claims the top spot for tokenized equities after launching bStocks, according to Messari on August 30, 2026.Announced on June 10, 2026, each bStock token is a 1:1 representation of a U.S. stock, held by a regulated custodian and issued as a BEP-20 token on BNB Chain.Tokenized stocks on BNB Chain have since crossed $15 billion in cumulative trading volume and nearly $1.5 billion in market capitalization.
Four.Meme says it will introduce additional stocks based on market demand and interest, suggesting the 4Stock lineup will expand in line with whatever narratives are capturing attention in the broader market.
