Summary

  • Shibarium deployed nine Safe v1.4.1 contracts, expanding multisignature wallet and programmable smart-account infrastructure for developers, protocols, and community-managed projects.
  • Canonical contract addresses provide cross-network consistency, while verified code hashes confirm that Shibarium’s deployments match Safe’s published repository records.
  • Shibariumscan has indexed approximately 50% of network blocks as infrastructure migration progresses, while Safe’s registration awaits repository review and inclusion.

Shibarium has deployed nine Safe v1.4.1 contracts, expanding its infrastructure for multisignature wallets and programmable smart accounts. According to Shiba Inu community member Mazrael, every contract is live and verified through the Shibariumscan explorer.

He also confirmed that contributors opened Safe-deployments pull request 1666 to register Shibarium’s newest Safe deployment. Safe supports smart accounts that require approvals from multiple authorized signers before completing transactions.

Consequently, projects can manage treasuries without granting one wallet holder complete control over protocol funds. This structure can reduce private-key risks while improving oversight for decentralized teams and community-managed applications. Moreover, developers can integrate established wallet tooling instead of building complex multisignature systems independently.

Canonical Safe Deployment Improves Cross-Network Compatibility for Shibarium Developers

All nine contracts were deployed on Shibarium’s mainnet through the established Safe Singleton Factory. Their deployment uses Shibarium’s chain identifier 109 and canonical addresses recognized across supported blockchain networks.

Significantly, the SafeProxyFactory occupies the same address used by Safe across other canonical chains. This consistency allows Safes created on Shibarium to share addresses with corresponding accounts on compatible networks.

Shibarium previously registered Safe v1.3.0 through the eip155 deployment collection, providing an earlier infrastructure version. However, that factory cannot deliver the cross-network address consistency offered through the new canonical deployment.

Each deployed address matches the canonical record published within Safe’s repository for its corresponding contract. Additionally, every contract’s runtime code produces a keccak256 hash matching Safe’s published canonical code hash.

These checks confirm that the Shibarium contracts contain the expected code and occupy the approved addresses. Safe reviews canonical deployment registrations every two weeks and generally packages accepted additions within monthly releases.

Therefore, pull request 1666 remains subject to Safe’s established review process before formal repository inclusion. Meanwhile, Mazrael rejected claims that Shibarium is inactive, pointing to ongoing maintenance and infrastructure migration.

Shibariumscan is undergoing a reset and has indexed approximately 50% of the network’s blocks. The explorer moved behind Cloudflare on August 11 as operators adjusted systems following a service disruption. Incomplete indexing may temporarily restrict access to historical records, although the underlying network remains operational.
