Hello aarnâuts! We’re back with the August update. This was the month the India Credit Token became mainnet ready.

TL;DR

  • ICT is mainnet ready - the full token, identity, NAV oracle, compliance and vault stack, validated by more than 1,400 tests with zero critical findings.

  • Proven on Arc and Canton - a live deposit-to-redemption round trip on Arc with no contract changes, and the full Daml port complete on Canton.

  • Settlement rails built - an institutional-grade USD to USDC on-ramp and off-ramp for subscriptions and redemptions.

  • NAV moved to maker-checker - every update proposed, independently approved, and published onchain against a tamper-evident proof.

  • Sri spoke at Global Fintech Fest 2026 - on India’s $7.7 trillion financial market, almost none of which is reachable onchain.

  • On the un# podcast - Santiago Roel Santos of Inversion, plus parts two and three with Nikhil Chandhok of Circle.

ICT is mainnet ready

The full ICT stack is ready for Ethereum mainnet: the ERC-3643 token, the identity and KYC registry, the NAV oracle, the modular compliance suite, and the ERC-7540 vault and distribution layer.

It was validated by more than 1,400 tests with zero critical findings, and every actionable item from both internal and external security review has been resolved.

Arc and Canton

On Arc, we completed a full compatibility assessment and deployed the same stack to testnet with no contract changes required. We then broadcast and verified a complete live deposit-to-redemption round trip against Arc’s native USDC, confirming the system runs unmodified on a chain where gas is paid in USDC.

On Canton, the Daml port of the entire ICT stack is complete: token, vault, compliance, identity, NAV oracle and distribution. It is fully green on the current Daml SDK, integrated against the official Canton token-standard packages, and has been through four independent rounds of security review with all top-severity findings closed.

Pre-launch infrastructure

With the India Yield Platform (IYP) and ICT now in pre-launch, much of the month went into the infrastructure underneath them.

We built institutional-grade fiat and stablecoin settlement rails: a USD to USDC on-ramp and off-ramp for subscriptions and redemptions, built as a swappable layer. NAV now moves through a maker-checker workflow, where every update is proposed, independently approved by an authorized role, and published onchain against a tamper-evident proof document. Work continued on the compliance-first token stack, including identity-gated ONCHAINID and T-REX transfers, multisig signing, encrypted operator keys, a durable transaction queue, and emergency freeze controls.

On reliability, we now run 100% automated test coverage, nightly security scanning across dependencies, SBOM, infrastructure-as-code, secrets and containers, and ongoing penetration testing. On the investor side, we added in-app support and a new notifications backbone. We also refreshed aarna.ai to reflect where the product is today.

Sri at GFF 2026

Sri was a speaker at Global Fintech Fest 2026, one of the largest financial services gatherings in the world, held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. He sat on the panel “Investing in Trust: AI, Tokenisation and the Next Wave of Innovation” with senior leaders from Mastercard, S&P Global and MCX Clearing Corporation, moderated by PwC India.

He talked about what tokenization changes: how a financial asset moves, how it behaves once it is onchain, and who can reach it.

His point was about access. Roughly $300 billion of stablecoin capital already sits onchain, and the global market for tokenized real-world assets has reached about $40 billion, most of it US Treasuries. That capital is looking for high quality assets with real yield. India’s financial market is worth around $7.7 trillion, and almost none of it is reachable onchain. He also pushed on what tokenization delivers beyond recording ownership on a chain: interoperability, fractionalization, composability and transparency are what change how capital behaves.

Accessibility matters more than people give it credit for. An AI model is available to anyone with a phone, and that alone lets people build and learn in ways they could not before. Financial assets have not reached that level. Someone in any corner of the world should be able to put money into an asset or a company they believe in. Turn that asset into software, and reaching it becomes as easy as reaching any other software.

Team members from aarnâ were also at the event through the week. Tokenization was a central theme of the programme, with AI and trust running right alongside it.

On the un# podcast

Three episodes went out this month: one with an investor who decided to stop investing and start operating, and two more with Circle.

Santiago Roel Santos, Inversion

Founder and CEO of Inversion, previously a partner at ParaFi and co-host of Empire. On the show, he made his case that equity compounds in ways tokens have not, and why Inversion buys real operating businesses and moves them onto onchain rails instead of building another app.

Nikhil Chandhok, Circle (parts two and three)

Parts two and three of our conversation with Circle’s product and technology lead. One covers AI agents becoming economic actors that transact on their own account. The other looks at what happens as the internet starts behaving like a capital market, and at Arc, Circle’s L1 with USDC as gas.

Looking forward...

August was the month ICT became mainnet ready: the full stack built for Ethereum mainnet, the same contracts proven on Arc and Canton, and the platform behind IYP built out for pre-launch.

As more capital moves onchain, our focus stays the same: build with discipline, deploy where the capital settles, and keep every layer under controls institutions can trust.
