As of 12:00 AM KST on September 1, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 108.38 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, up 0.33% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 107.65 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 730,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.68%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.66%. Other major altcoins also traded at premiums, with Solana (SOL) at 0.73%, XRP (XRP) at 0.63%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.08%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.65%. Most major altcoins are currently trading with a kimchi premium in the 0.6% to 1.0% range.
