As of 12:00 AM KST on October 6, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 115.98 million KRW on South Korea's Upbit exchange, down 0.76% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 114.89 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 1.09 million KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.95%.
Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.91%. Other major altcoins also traded at premiums, with Solana (SOL) at 0.94%, XRP (XRP) at 0.98%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 0.55%, and Sui (SUI) at 1.07%. Most major altcoins are currently trading with a kimchi premium in the 0.5% to 1.0% range.
