BDAG
BlockDAG development continues to move forward in a structured and controlled manner. The current phase reflects strong progress across both staking and mining systems, with the team now approaching the final stages of development for key features. While refinement and validation are still ongoing, both the Staking Phase 4 system and the Miner Dashboard are now nearing completion, marking a significant step toward release readiness.
The development approach remains consistent, focusing on stability, accuracy, and system alignment before rollout. Each component is being validated in detail to ensure predictable behavior under real usage conditions.
The design for Staking Phase 4 has now been finalized, establishing a clear and structured foundation for the staking system. With the design phase complete, the development team has progressed significantly and is now close to completing the implementation.
The staking system is being built around a pool-based architecture that improves how users discover, evaluate, and participate in staking. The pool listing interface has been fully structured to present key metrics such as performance, participation, and rewards in a clean and readable format. This allows users to quickly compare pools and make informed decisions without unnecessary complexity.
Dedicated pool detail pages have also been designed and are now being implemented with a focus on clarity and completeness. These pages include detailed staking data, reward distribution logic, historical performance, and participation insights. The goal is to ensure that users have full visibility into how each pool operates before committing their assets.
The system prioritizes data consistency across the frontend, backend, and on-chain layers. The team is finalizing how staking data is synced and displayed to prevent mismatches and ensure real-time accuracy.
At this stage, Staking Phase 4 is no longer in early development. The system is structured, the design is locked, and the remaining work is focused on final implementation, testing, and refinement before release.
The Miner Dashboard has also reached an advanced stage of development. Following the first round of testing, the team has implemented major improvements and is now close to completing the dashboard.
From a design perspective, the interface has been significantly refined. Layout consistency has been established across all sections, with improved spacing, alignment, and typography to create a cleaner and more readable experience. Key metrics such as mining performance, rewards, and activity logs are now more prominently displayed, allowing users to access critical information quickly.
The dashboard structure has been simplified to reduce visual clutter. Unnecessary elements have been removed or reorganized, and a stronger hierarchy has been introduced to guide user attention toward important data points.
On the functional side, the system is nearing completion with improvements to real-time data handling and reward tracking. Data refresh mechanisms are being finalized to ensure accuracy without sudden fluctuations or inconsistencies. Reward calculations and breakdowns are now being presented in a clearer format so users can easily understand their earnings.
Error handling and system feedback are also being finalized. The team is ensuring that users receive clear, direct messages in cases of delays, sync issues, or system actions. Loading states and transitions are being refined to improve transparency during interactions.
Performance optimization remains part of the final phase. The dashboard is being tuned to handle larger datasets efficiently, ensuring smooth performance even for users with high mining activity.
At this point, the miner dashboard is in its final stretch, with the core system already in place and the remaining work focused on polish, validation, and stability.
The overall development process has now moved into a late-stage refinement phase. Core systems for both staking and mining are already built, and the current focus is on validating behavior, resolving edge cases, and ensuring consistency across all layers.
Each issue identified during testing is being tracked and resolved in a structured manner. Fixes are validated carefully to avoid regressions, and system interactions are being tested under different conditions to ensure reliability.
Close coordination between frontend, backend, and blockchain data layers continues to be a priority. This alignment helps prevent data inconsistencies and ensures that all user-facing information remains accurate and synchronized.
BlockDAG is now approaching a key milestone, with both Staking Phase 4 and the Miner Dashboard nearing completion. The staking design has been finalized, and development is in its final stage, while the miner dashboard has progressed through testing and is now close to being fully refined.
The current focus is not on building from scratch but on finishing, stabilizing, and validating systems that are already in place. Each improvement is being carefully implemented to ensure the platform remains reliable, consistent, and ready for scale.
This phase reflects a transition from active development to release preparation. With both systems nearing completion, the platform is steadily moving toward delivering a more structured staking experience and a cleaner, more reliable mining interface for users.
