Cardano enters the new week trading near $0.247 after another volatile stretch.
In last week’s Cardano forecast, we said the neutral path would keep ADA between $0.24 and $0.258, with $0.25 acting as the middle of the range. That scenario largely played out.
ADA briefly broke above the range and reached roughly $0.282, but the move failed quickly. Price then dropped hard with the broader crypto market, reaching about $0.223 before recovering back toward $0.25.
That leaves Cardano almost exactly back inside the same range, but the chart now carries more downside risk than it did a week ago.
ADA Price Chart and Indicators
The two-hour chart shows $0.24-$0.245 as the first support area.
That zone has acted as an important pivot several times and is currently being tested again.
Below it, $0.235 becomes the next support, followed by the recent crash low around $0.223-$0.224.
On the upside, ADA needs to recover $0.25-$0.255 first.

The stronger resistance remains near $0.258-$0.26. That region rejected price before the latest decline and would need to be reclaimed before another move toward $0.27 becomes realistic.

The RSI readings are weak.
The short RSI is around 36, with the medium reading near 46 and the longer RSI close to 48.
That means short-term momentum has turned bearish again, although the longer readings are still relatively close to neutral.
MACD has also deteriorated.
The faster line remains above zero, but it has crossed below the signal line and the histogram has turned negative. That indicates the rebound from $0.223 has lost momentum.
CCI is near -58, another sign that sellers currently have a slight advantage, but ADA is not deeply oversold.

Overall, the indicators point to weakness, not capitulation.
Cardano Price Prediction for This Week
Scenario
What could happen
ADA price range
Bullish
ADA holds $0.24 and reclaims $0.258-$0.26
$0.265-$0.275, potentially $0.282
Neutral
Price remains trapped around the same range as last week
$0.24-$0.258
Bearish
$0.24 fails and selling returns
$0.23-$0.235, potentially $0.223
The bullish scenario needs a defense of $0.24 followed by a clean recovery through $0.258-$0.26.
If that happens, $0.27 becomes the next target, with the recent $0.282 high becoming the larger test.
The neutral case would look very similar to last week, with ADA moving between $0.24 and $0.258 and $0.25 continuing to act as the center of the range.
The bearish scenario becomes more likely if the ADA price loses $0.24.
That would expose $0.235 first, followed by the $0.223-$0.224 low if market-wide pressure returns.
For October 12-18, $0.24 is the most important level.
As long as it holds, Cardano can remain range-bound and attempt another recovery. A sustained break below it would shift the weekly setup clearly in favor of sellers.
