Cardano is running ahead of the whole big-cap crypto pack right now. Up 8.06% in the last day, trading at $0.176. That easily beats Bitcoin’s 4.1% gain over the same stretch.

What changed is that the Van Rossem hard fork went live successfully. That gave people a fresh dose of confidence in where Cardano is heading.

On top of that, whales have been piling in, big holders are adding more, not cashing out. The rest of the crypto market feeling better has helped too. Trading volume is up over 105%, which backs up this latest move.

Now that the ADA price is pushing past key resistance $0.175 and its technicals are strengthening, everyone’s wondering: can it keep going and test that next big wall near $0.219?

Cardano Price Rising Channel Keeps Bulls in Control

Top analyst Master of Crypto noticed something worth paying attention to. ADA keeps making higher lows inside a rising channel. That’s about as clean a pattern as you get when a market is healing.

Every time the price dips, buyers step in above the last dip. Demand keeps coming without breaking the bigger upward move. The latest bounce pushed the ADA price past $0.175, putting it in the upper half of that channel. If buyers stay in charge, the next target on the radar is around $0.219.

We pulled up the ADA chart ourselves. The short-term picture lines up with what we just said. Earlier this month, Cardano topped out around $0.196. Then it spent a good chunk of time pulling back, until it finally found a floor in the $0.158–$0.160 range.

From there, buyers slowly took back ground, pushing the ADA price back up to $0.1753. Momentum is better too. The RSI climbed to 68.47, its best reading in weeks, which tells us buyers are still in the game, without going overboard.

The stochastic oscillator is at 87.06, confirming short-term strength. It’s getting close to overbought territory, but it hasn’t flipped bearish yet. So for now, the momentum is still on the buyers’ side.

Why ADA Holders Refuse to Rotate

The latest discussion across the Cardano community has focused less on price and more on conviction. Community member Jure Karamarko argued that many traders abandoned one ecosystem to chase the latest NIGHT token dip, whereas Cardano holders continued backing their preferred projects.

His view is that communities built on loyalty are more likely to benefit when broader market conditions improve than those driven by daily rotations between trending tokens.

That message also aligns with what is happening on-chain. Big wallets have been loading up on Cardano since the Van Rossem hard fork went through. Instead of cashing out after the run-up, larger investors are adding more. The network upgrade also made Cardano stronger where it counts, giving people with a longer view a good reason to stick around.

The bigger picture is helping too. The Bitcoin price crossed back above $66,000. ETF money keeps coming in. And the CLARITY Act has people feeling better about crypto overall. All of that adds up to one thing: many ADA holders seem happy to stay put, rather than chasing whatever new thing comes along next.

Cardano Price Prediction: Can ADA Reach $0.219?

The charts give ADA a real shot at hitting $0.219. But that depends on one thing: buyers keeping that rising channel intact.

Staying above $0.175 keeps things moving in the right direction. If the ADA price can crack $0.180, that big round number, it might pull in another wave of buyers, pushing it toward $0.195 first, then on to the channel target near $0.219.

What could kill the setup is losing $0.170. Break below that, and we could be looking at $0.160 again, the same level where buyers stepped in last time. Also, momentum gauges are getting close to overbought. If buying volume dries up, some folks might take profits off the table in the short run.

The most likely outcome is continued movement inside the rising channel. The Cardano price has support from improving technicals, whale accumulation, the Van Rossem hard fork, and stronger market sentiment following Bitcoin’s recovery above $66,000.

Those factors keep the path toward $0.219 alive, although buyers will need to clear several resistance levels before that target comes into view.
