The cryptocurrency market turned broadly weaker on Aug. 29, with Bitcoin falling back into the $77,000 range while Ethena (ENA) recorded the steepest decline among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, according to CoinMarketCap.

According to CoinMarketCap at 11:00 a.m. KST on Aug. 29, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3.19% from the previous day to $77,778.44, while Ethereum (ETH) declined 2.63% to $2,443.08.
XRP dropped 4.29% to $1.38, while Solana (SOL) fell 3.34% to $104.21. Dogecoin (DOGE) declined 4.19% to $0.0853, and Avalanche (AVAX) slipped 2.84% to $7.30.
Tron (TRX) was one of the few major cryptocurrencies to post a gain, edging up 0.68% to $0.3412. World Liberty Financial (WLFI) fell 5.28% to $0.05764, while Worldcoin (WLD) dropped 9.44% to $0.3789.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, UNUS SED LEO (LEO) recorded the biggest 24-hour gain, rising 2.15%. Ethena (ENA) posted the steepest decline, falling 14.91%.
Elsewhere in the altcoin market, QUAI fell 9.82% to $0.009356, while ALEO declined 3.08% to $0.01718.
CoinMarketCap also added three newly listed cryptocurrencies over the past 24 hours: FOMO (FOMO), BINANCE CAT (BNBCAT), and apeonfone (FONE).
