The cryptocurrency market recorded widespread losses on March 19, with most major digital assets trading lower.
According to CoinMarketCap, as of 10:00 AM KST, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 3.95% to $71,167.57, while Ethereum (ETH) dropped 5.42% to $2,199.88. XRP (XRP) declined 3.51% to $1.46. Dogecoin (DOGE) decreased 5.46% to $0.09503, Solana (SOL) fell 4.36% to $90.34, and Avalanche (AVAX) lost 5.37% to $9.67. Shiba Inu (SHIB) dropped 4.85% to $0.055798, World Liberty Financial (WLFI) declined 4.90% to $0.09722, while Pepe (PEPE) fell 4.73% to $0.053514.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, River (RIVER) posted the largest 24-hour gain, rising 15.03%, while LayerZero (ZRO) recorded the steepest decline with an 11.72% drop.
Other notable altcoins included Obol (OBOL), which fell 6.13% to $0.01698, and Aleo (ALEO), which declined 2.51% to $0.06335.
