The cryptocurrency market edged lower on September 28, with Bitcoin and Ethereum both declining while Quant posted the strongest gain among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. MemeCore recorded the steepest decline, falling 5.85%.
Cryptocurrency Prices on September 28, 2026. (IT Times)According to CoinMarketCap at 9:30 a.m. KST on September 28, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.09% to $84,267.44, while Ethereum (ETH) declined 0.69% to $2,675.48. XRP (XRP) slipped 0.54% to $1.51.
Solana (SOL) rose 0.49% to $121.66, while Tron (TRX) fell 0.15% to $0.3334. Dogecoin (DOGE) gained 0.13% to $0.09665, and Avalanche (AVAX) declined 0.81% to $10.80.
World Liberty Financial (WLFI) edged up 0.17% to $0.05842, while Worldcoin (WLD) rose 3.94% to $0.5426.
Among the top 100 cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, Quant (QNT) posted the largest gain, surging 88.05% over 24 hours. MemeCore (M), meanwhile, recorded the biggest decline at 5.85%.
Among other altcoins, Quai Network (QUAI) fell 4.05% to $0.01083, while Aleo (ALEO) declined 3.47% to $0.02514.
