H100 Group AB announced that its CEO, Eirik Grøttum, purchased 407,163 shares in the company through Kode Oslo AS. It is a company in which he serves as a board member, holds a 20% stake, and participates in investment decisions. The total consideration paid was SEK 621,887 at an average price of SEK 1.53 per share.

In addition, of those shares, 405,663 were acquired on September 15, 2026, at SEK 1.53 per share, with a remaining 1,500 shares picked up on August 19, 2026, at SEK 1.40 per share.

What the Holdings Look Like Now?

Following the transaction, Kode Oslo AS holds 2,771,787 H100 shares. Also, a second affiliated entity, Olav Grøttum Holding AS, wholly owned by Grøttum, holds another 2,627,677 shares. Combined, companies associated with the CEO now hold 5,399,464 H100 shares.

It’s worth being clear about what this transaction is and what it isn’t. This is a CEO equity purchase, shares in H100 Group itself. It is not a new Bitcoin acquisition by the company. Furthermore, H100’s disclosed Bitcoin position of 3,506 BTC on its balance sheet remains entirely separate from this transaction.

Moreover, the company describes itself as the first and largest listed Bitcoin treasury company in the Nordic region, with 3,506 BTC on its balance sheet.

The Buyback

Separately, new Swedish legislation, entering into force on December 5, 2026, opens share buyback programmes to companies listed on MTFs such as NGM Nordic SME, where H100 is listed.

CEO Grøttum welcomed the change directly: buybacks are an important tool for listed companies, and he expressed satisfaction that MTF-listed firms will now have access to the same capital allocation options as those on the main markets. For H100 specifically, buybacks would be one of several options, particularly relevant when the stock trades below NAV.

H100 has not decided on any share repurchase. Any buyback would require authorisation from the general meeting, a board resolution, and a public announcement under applicable rules.
