@PancakeSwap has launched tokenised stock and ETF trading through a new partnership with @xStocksFi, giving users on-chain access to more than 60 real-world equity products directly through the decentralised exchange. The move marks a further step in PancakeSwap's push to bring traditional financial instruments onto the blockchain.

What's Available and How It Works

PancakeSwap now supports more than 60 tokenised stocks and ETFs through its partnership with xStocksFi on BNB Chain.xStocks delivers 24/7 on-chain access to tokenised U.S. stocks and ETFs, with assets including major equities and index funds. Trades can be executed using USDC through the platform's trading interface, with additional integrations including 1inch expected to follow.

The market is open 24/5, features gasless orders, optimal trade routing, and is shielded from MEV.The platform has also outlined plans to extend tokenised equities into lending and collateral markets.

A Growing Push Into Real-World Assets for $CAKE and @BNBChain

The integration adds to an accelerating real-world asset (RWA) strategy on @BNBChain. PancakeSwap has crossed $3.5 trillion in cumulative trading volume, cementing its position as the world's second-largest decentralised exchange. The xStocksFi partnership is the latest in a series of RWA moves for the platform — PancakeSwap previously integrated over 200 tokenised real-world assets on BNB Chain through a partnership with Ondo Finance, including stocks, bonds, and ETFs.

This transition is indicative of a greater gap being bridged between decentralised finance and traditional markets, as tokenisation enables assets to migrate into the blockchain space. For $CAKE holders, higher volumes from RWA trading carry a direct tokenomics benefit: increased volume from RWA trading translates to higher fees, a portion of which is used to buy back and burn CAKE, applying deflationary pressure on its supply.

With regulated, on-chain access to equities now live via @xStocksFi, @PancakeSwap is positioning itself as a primary venue where crypto-native users can trade both digital assets and traditional securities — without leaving the decentralised ecosystem.
